The bottle works very well and my boyfriend loved it. The only negatives were the seller's delay in communication (she apologized and stated she was away at a fair/convention) and when I opened the package upon arrival it seemed to be covered in 'glue crystals'. At first I thought the bottle had broken but then I realized it was the excess glue holding the paper/fiber to the bottle. Despite the delay (which was partially my fault as well) the product came within a decent period of time and the incense that came with it was great. The seller also included gift packaging which was which was greatly appreciated.
